​Robin was great. As it was my first custom suit, he really helped me understand the different fabrics and styles. Even though I only had one day in Bangkok before my holiday, he handled the logistics perfectly and arranged for the suit to be dropped off near the airport before I flew home. This made the process much easier, which I appreciated. The suit fits well, and it’s also a huge bonus that he keeps measurements for 5 years and ships to Australia.

Robin Tailors is the best place for someone who’s getting tailored suits for the first time. I bought three suits (2 for work and one linen suit), three tailored shirts for the suits, and three linen shirts. I live in Los Angeles, and every time I have worn my suits I have gotten so many compliments both on how great the outfits look and on the quality of the fabrics and craftsmanship. This was the first time I had clothes tailored, so I was nervous about picking the right tailor, especially because there are so many to choose from in Bangkok. Lots. But I doubt they’re as good as Robin and his brother. They were both very patient and helpful. They answered all my questions about fabrics, process, timeline for fitting, and helped me select a style after looking through magazines. This made me feel comfortable. I first ordered two 3-piece suits. I picked the fabrics and lining and then got measured. I came back after a week or so. I cannot express how wonderful it was to try on clothes tailored to my body, and they were not done yet! They made some adjustments before finalizing the product. At first, I didn’t like how the vest fit; it felt baggy under my armpits. But they worked with me until I was satisfied. My confidence in their service and commitment to my satisfaction increased so much that I felt inspired to order three dress shirts from them. After going back twice to make some adjustments, I was so happy that I felt inspired again to order more clothes: a linen suit and three linen shirts. I went back often until I was completely happy with how the clothes fit. My original intention was to buy two suits, but I ended up buying so much more. I’m sure you will end up buying more, too, after trying on why they make for you. I recommend patience and coming back often. It’s a collaborative process. I worked with them from late September through late October 2025. I regret posting my review months later, but it gave me more chances to get more compliments from people over time. I believe they get orders from the customers in San Francisco. If they’re ever out here, it would be worth it for me to fly up and order some more. If possible, I would bring my husband, two brothers, two sons, and as many friends as possible to be fitted by them. They deserve to have at least a few suits and shirts by Robin Tailors. Thank you for the wonderful clothes and thanks for making my first time buying a tailored suit such a pleasant experience! The owner himself is an impatient and ruthless person. Not worth wasting your time.

Robin was very friendly and professional my wife and I each got two suits and shirts made within a few days of our stay in Bangkok. Robin even made suggestions on places to go and shop while there. Will definitely return if we're in Bangkok again.
